1、 Machine Overview:

The fully automatic bearing eddy current testing sorting machine is a fully automatic testing sorting machine that integrates light, electricity, and machinery. The entire equipment is divided into a main control system and a mechanical transmission system. During the inspection, the inspected workpiece is fully rotated, and the inspected surface of the workpiece is scanned by a point probe, which can detect various parts of the workpiece that need to be inspected. Compared with magnetic particle flaw detectors, automated flaw detection can further ensure product quality, and can effectively replace manual magnetic particle flaw detection due to human factors.

2、 Machine performance:

2.1 Sensitivity of flaw detection:

Longitudinal cracks: cracks and defects that extend from the surface of the workpiece to the inside of the metal with a depth greater than 0.06mm and a length greater than 0.5mm; circumferential/transverse cracks: cracks and defects that extend from the surface of the workpiece to the inside of the metal with a depth greater than 0.10mm and a length greater than 0.5mm; Folding defect: Defects that extend from the surface of the workpiece to the metal with a depth of ≥ 0.10mm and a length of>0.5mm. For cracks that have not yet extended to the surface of the workpiece, when the metal thickness between the upper edge of the crack and the surface of the workpiece is less than 0.2mm, cracks with a depth of ≥ 0.20mm and a length of ≥ 0.5mm can be detected.

2.2. Probe type: Point probe

2.3. Misjudgment rate: 0%, which means 100% rejection of non-conforming products. The misjudgment rate of finished workpiece inspection (misjudging qualified products as non-conforming products) is less than 5%, and the misjudgment rate of semi-finished workpiece is less than or equal to 3%. All rejected products can be retested once to reduce misjudgment.

2.4. Workpiece transmission: automatic loading of raw materials, automatic sorting, automatic counting (total number of workpieces, qualified quantity, qualified rate, etc.), automatic cutting and sorting. In the testing area, the workpiece is placed and transmitted horizontally, and the transmission of the workpiece is reliable. There is no damage (such as scratches, scratches, bumps, etc.) in all transmission processes and eddy current testing, and there is no need to demagnetize after inspection.

2.5. Detection rhythm: If the bearing width is less than 14mm, it is 2.5-3s/p; if the bearing width is greater than 14mm but less than 25mm, it is 3.5-5s/p (inner ring: d10~d50mm; outer ring: D22~D90mm); A bearing width less than 25mm is 4-5s/p; A bearing width greater than 25mm but less than 60mm is 5-8s/p; A bearing width greater than 60mm is 8-12s/p (inner ring: d50~d100mm; outer ring: D90~D200mm).

2.6. Applicable workpiece types: bearings, flanges, shaft sleeves, and other precision components.
